All three residents associations pass Motion of No Confidence in @MESsocial biased survey produced for Circle Housing

A motion of no confidence has been passed against the supposedly impartial survey document produced to gauge residents attitudes towards the redevelopment of their homes.

Yesterday (Monday, 1st June 2015), residents associations for Ravensbury, Eastfields and Highpath met with Membership Engagement Services, a company contracted by Circle Housing to provide an independent and impartial survey of the residents attitudes towards the demolition of their homes & community: the Test of Opinion.
However, upon seeing the survey questions produced & agreed by MES and CHMP, without any input from residents or their representatives, it was obvious that the questions were incredibly biased & had been designed to get the go ahead for redevelopment, being in no way impartial. It was also obvious that the questions have employed a type of language designed to confuse. This is particularly worrying because CHMP will interview vulnerable residents.
It is with great disappointment that we have to inform you all of this latest twist performed by what is essentially a public body that should be accountable, transparent and honest.

  1. Disgusting tactics. They are trying to build on every single bit of land but never think about parking. Where are we going to park then?!!!!!!
