Clarion seems a bit muddled, but that’s nothing new for Britain’s largest housing association. Section 20 Works have started on Ravensbury Court in Mitcham Surrey, but a section 20 notice has not been sent to leaseholders. Purchase orders have been signed by Clarion for their contractors to begin work but leaseholders have not received the section 20 notice. Residents would like to hear of any advice that others may have.
